I frequently have commissions for custom portraits featuring two dogs, similar to this one with Roxie & Belle Is it Belle or May Belle.
This memorial Portrait of the two wonderful dogs Roxie and May Belle? ❤️❤️? was created from separate photos. I looked thoroughly through a selection of photos and created a portrait composition in one painting.
Working with two dogs custom portraits I usually will create a photoshop mock-up for my customers prior to starting each painting. This allows me to take feedback about the way I have positioned the pets, the size of them in comparison to each other, etc.
